This extensive development provided the Royal Liverpool & Broadgreen University Hospitals NHS Trust with a new, dedicated treatment centre.
The centre includes an orthopaedic centre, urology and general surgery facilities, associated wards and a day surgery unit and the cardiothoracic centre with an enlarged operating department, additional catheter laboratories, a new critical care facility, outpatient department and wards.

The development includes a large number of high specification care room facilities. The specifier for the project, IBI Group, selected equipment from the Nyma®CARE range of products.
The Nyma®CARE range has been formulated specifically for public environments and is ideally suited for use in hospitals, for installation in all the care rooms.
Key design considerations were longevity and, therefore, stainless steel products plus elimination of bacteria traps, hence we selected products with flangeless design
