NYMAS Group Customer Returns Policy

Returns & Refunds

At NYMAS GROUP, we aim to respond to all customer queries within 24 hours. If you wish to make a return, it is mandatory to send the following information to NYMAS Group Customer Services team on;

• Your purchase order number
• Product code and quantity of the item you wish to return
• Reason for return

Please note any return request submitted without the above information will not be processed.


Refunds and product returns will only be accepted within 28 days from proof of delivery and re-stocking charge of 25% of the items net price on the original order will be applied. Return costs are down to the customer of NYMAS Group.

Please return the items to NYMAS Group within 10 working days of receiving authorisation from NYMAS Group Customer Services. All returns are to be returned to NYMAS Group in a resalable condition. To ensure traceability, please make sure the return paperwork provided by NYMAS Group Customer Services is attached to the goods returned.

If returned goods cannot be identified the validity of your claim may be affected and/or goods will be returned to the sender.
Cancelled or duplicated orders require urgent notification for NYMAS Group authorisation if the goods have been despatched.
Non-returnable goods received at NYMAS Group will not be refunded:

• Goods are not sold by the NYMAS Group.
• The item is in a non re-salable condition.
• Samples that are not in re-saleable condition.
• Goods damaged by a transport company that is not contracted by NYMAS Group.
• Fair wear & tear used or installed products outside the product warranty period. See product datasheet on to find warranty
periods. Terms and Conditions Apply.
• Product specially manufactured for the customer (non-standard product). Notification of this will be given on the sales quotation, non-
standard product codes typically start with a V.
• Components received as part of a kit or product e.g. Doc M kit components, Wall mounted shower seat components.
• Fitzroy of London brand is non-returnable.

Refunds will be approved or refused only after NYMAS Group Quality Inspection. This can take up to 5 working days from delivery date of the returned goods. Refunds exclude carriage or other charges (i.e. coating, finishing).

Samples will be charged for on a sale or return basis unless specified otherwise. However, we cannot refund these samples if they are not in
a re-saleable condition.
